Please note that the demo content will not be installed if you choose this installation! You will also have to install all required modules first on your own. This installation-type is not reommended for users without coding experience.

Copy the folder cafe into your existing Drupal site: yourfolder/themes

Naviagte with the Drupal navigation to: Appearance

Install the theme and create your content

This installation type is not recommended as you would have to create your header/footer blocks manually after installation & need to install all required modules on your own in order to install the theme. We really recommend to go with the quick start installation.
